Wireless (International Certification)

FCC(Federal Communications Commission)

U.S. electromagnetic wave certification system. Implemented under the Federal Communications Act, severe sanctions are imposed across the entire distribution process, including import, sale, display, and advertising of products in case of violation. Thus, without FCC certification, importing products into the U.S. is impossible, making FCC certification mandatory for related products.

  • Certification
Most wireless communication devices are subject to the issuance of an FCC Grant (certification) by the FCC or TCB. The procedure involves submitting relevant performance reports and documents to the FCC or TCB for review, leading to the issuance of the Grant. The FCC ID must be marked on the product.
