What is KC Safety Certification?

KC Safety Certification is a mandatory certification system implemented under the Electrical Appliances and Household Goods Safety Control Act to protect the lives, bodies, and properties of citizens from the risks of fire and electric shock caused by the use of electrical products. It validates the safety of electrical products, allowing their distribution in the domestic market. The certification system categorizes electrical products into three levels of safety management: (1) Safety Certification, (2) Safety Confirmation, and (3) Supplier Conformity Confirmation, according to the level of risk.
