Notes for Procurement Inspection

Pre-confirmation of the Inspection Agency and Coordination of the Inspection Schedule at least 3 weeks prior to the delivery deadline is required.
Detailed review of the specifications (markings, product dimensions, presence of parts and other changes) is necessary before the inspection.
If sample retrieval is required, make the request before the inspection, and return the samples after the delivery is complete (not included in the delivered quantity).
Prepare additional samples for the entire delivery contract quantity + chemical test samples (1-2 units).
Submit relevant documents such as high-efficiency certification, suitable registration certificates for broadcasting and communication equipment, and other certifications.
Request approval documentation for settlement from the contracting agency if necessary.
