Notes for Procurement Inspection

  • Pre-confirmation of the Inspection Agency and Coordination of the Inspection Schedule at least 3 weeks prior to the delivery deadline is required.
  • Detailed review of the specifications (markings, product dimensions, presence of parts and other changes) is necessary before the inspection.
  • If sample retrieval is required, make the request before the inspection, and return the samples after the delivery is complete (not included in the delivered quantity).
  • Prepare additional samples for the entire delivery contract quantity + chemical test samples (1-2 units).
  • Submit relevant documents such as high-efficiency certification, suitable registration certificates for broadcasting and communication equipment, and other certifications.
  • Request approval documentation for settlement from the contracting agency if necessary.
